Ted Wilson of CORE Partners represented the Tenant, Kathryn Ossian in a 812 SF, 36 month office lease at 701 S. Woodward Hghts, Suite 117, Ferndale, MI. The Landlord, Woodward Heights Commerce Center, LLC was represented by Stanley Sherman of Berridge & Morrison. Commencement date: 5/1/13.

Michael Koenigbauer, Matthew Farrell & Jeremiah Preston of CORE Partners represented the Landlord, EA&S Investments #2-850, LLC in a 1972 SF, 60 month office lease at 850 Stephenson Hwy., Suite 202, Troy, MI. Michael Farrell & Caryn Pengelly of CORE Partners represented the Landlord, 1026, LLC in a 2,885 SF, 62 month lease at 1026 W 11 Mile Rd., Royal Oak, MI. The Tenant, Gudeman & Associates was represented by themselves. Commencement date: 6/1/13.

Michele Rosenblum, Jeremiah Preston & Matthew Farrell of CORE Partners represented the Tenant, Hospice of Michigan in a 4,380 SF, 12 month lease renewal at 3995 Fashion Square Blvd., Saginaw, MI. The Landlord is Tri-State Developers. Commencement date: 7/1/13.

Jeremiah Preston & Matthew Farrell of CORE Partners represented the Seller, 888 Enterprise Drive, LLC in the sale of a 60,325 SF Office building at 888 Enterprise Dr., Pontiac. The Purchaser, Arts & Technology Academy of Pontiac was represented by Bill Ballard of Ballard Realty. Closing Date: 5/31/13.
